You will unite the network, balance intellectual leadership with commercial ambition, and lead cross-functional teams across media, creative, data and digital to deliver transformative growth.

Qualifications

• Experience advising and influencing C-suite and senior marketing leadership.
• Proven track record leading multi-market initiatives and pitches.
• Ability to balance intellectual leadership with commercial ambition.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with department leads.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and client value.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision & long-term transformation agenda for global clients.
• Serve as senior strategic advisor to the C-suite and marketing leadership; build board-level relationships.
• Collaborate closely with senior account leadership to create a long-term transformation strategy and solutions.
• Proactively identify strategic problems and demonstrate analytical skills to address them.
• Define and represent the agency's strategic and media offering externally at the senior level.
• Lead the adoption of new capabilities, technologies, and industry trends.
