Job summary

Haleon plc. is seeking an experienced internal communications professional to support the Enterprise Transformation Programme, including SAP S/4HANA implementation. The role focuses on strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and shaping the programme narrative across global audiences.

You will craft engaging content, manage campaigns and collaborate with senior leaders to drive adoption and readiness in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of internal communications, employee engagement, and strategic communications.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes with communication strategies.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders and advise on strategic communications.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent editing and communication skills across formats and channels.
• Strong planning, project management and stakeholder influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an integrated communications and engagement strategy aligned to transformation milestones and Haleon’s Win as One.
• Create and execute communication plans for mobilisation, design, readiness, deployment and adoption phases.
• Build compelling programme narrative and messaging for awareness and understanding of the transformation.
• Develop audience-focused communications and engagement activities across the organisation.
• Collaborate with programme leaders to ensure consistent, clear communications across all phases.
• Support leaders with presentations, talking points, Q&A, and engagement materials.
