Moody's in London is seeking an Associate Director, Sales Enablement for Strategic Accounts to equip global teams with training, content, and tools to grow high-value client relationships.

You will own global enablement strategy, deliver training, embed AI selling practices, and measure impact across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, partnering with account leaders to drive revenue and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global enablement programs in a matrixed, global sales environment.
• Ability to scale training across multiple regions and cultures.
• Strong understanding of value-based and consultative selling methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Own the global enablement strategy, readiness model, and operating rhythm for Strategic Accounts.
• Build and embed strategic account planning frameworks for enterprise, multi-year relationships.
• Deliver value-based and consultative selling training and negotiation curricula.
• Design onboarding and certification paths and drive continuous learning on product readiness.
• Own the enablement content library and tech stack (Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Outreach, LMS).
• Embed AI-driven selling practices and adoption of internal agentic solutions across teams.
