Morgan McKinley is seeking a Stock Accounting Analyst for a six-month plus temporary contract in Mayfair. The role focuses on global stock analysis, warehouse optimisation, and inventory transfer decisions across an international network.

You will work closely with Finance to ensure accurate stock visibility and efficiency. Ideal candidates are part or fully qualified accountants with strong Excel skills, experience in FMCG/retail/hospitality stock contexts, and familiarity with Xero.

Formación

• Part or fully qualified accountant.
• Experience in stock accounting, inventory analysis or FP&A with focus on stock.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate large SKU datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Review global stock holdings across international locations and warehouses.
• Support optimisation of warehouse storage configurations to improve stock positions.
• Identify obsolete, excess, and slow-moving stock and advise on disposal, retention or redistribution.
• Assess stock transfers between locations to optimise inventory levels and warehouse capacity.
• Analyse large volumes of stock data (SKUs) using advanced Excel techniques and reporting.
• Maintain stock records in Excel and Xero and investigate discrepancies.
