Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Stock Accounting Analyst for a temporary contract in Mayfair. The role focuses on reviewing stock holdings, optimising warehouse storage, and analyzing surplus and obsolete stock within a global network.

You will work closely with Finance and operations across international sites. The position requires strong Excel skills, experience with stock reporting systems (Xero preferred), and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock and inventory analysis with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manipulate large SKU datasets in Excel.
• FMCG/retail/hospitality inventory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review global stock holdings and ensure inventory visibility across locations.
• Support optimisation of warehouse configurations and stock transfers across locations.
• Analyse obsolete, excess, and slow-moving stock and advise on disposal or redistribution.
• Work with international teams to understand stock requirements and improve processes.
• Provide detailed stock analysis and financial insight to support strategic decisions.
