ShipBob seeks a Senior International Sourcing & SFN Manager to lead in-market sourcing and performance management for UK/EMEA/AUS. You will own the partner lifecycle from market intelligence to onboarding and ongoing performance, representing ShipBob to operators, brokers, and landlords. This is the primary in-market commercial role reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in third-party logistics, fulfillment network management or related field in UK/EU markets.
• Deep familiarity with UK/EU logistics and 3PL operator landscape.
• Proven track record of managing complex commercial negotiations with logistics operators or landlords.
• Experience managing partner performance against defined frameworks with improvement plans and exit decisions.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK, EMEA and AUS operator sourcing pipeline end to end from market intel to contract execution.
• Maintain a live operator pipeline and tracker aligned with forecasting and regional needs.
• Conduct in-market site visits as part of sourcing and auditing activities.
• Drive commercial conversations with international operators through MSA negotiation and execution.
• Own handover from sourcing to implementation and manage ongoing partner performance.
