Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Operations Support Manager to develop and support our partner fulfillment centers in the UK. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and enabling 3PLs to meet ShipBob standards across dashboard usage, WMS, and SOPs.

You will collaborate with internal teams to sustain high performance and merchant satisfaction in a hybrid on-site setting. You will be on-site in Kettering with occasional travel, and you will lead training, issue resolution, and KPI-driven improvements to

• Demonstrated ability to build solid relationships and drive results.
• Experience training and onboarding 3PL partners on dashboard configurations.
• Strong problem-solving and coaching skills to foster adoption of ShipBob tools.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard 3PL partners with dashboard configuration.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and drive adoption of ShipBob features.
• Coordinate with 3PLs to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide weekly reporting to the local commercial team.
• Contribute to CI and efficiency initiatives across internal teams.
