Job summary

Page Executive represents a growing international apparel manufacturer seeking a senior leader to drive sourcing, production and operational performance across the UK, Europe and Asia. The role will oversee global supplier networks, cost management and scalable operations, with a focus on Bangladeshi manufacturing partners and travel to key markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in apparel sourcing, manufacturing or production leadership.
• Proven success leading sourcing and production teams in Bangladesh.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, costing and margin management.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Track record of improving operational performance and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, merchandising, product development and production operations.
• Spend significant time in Bangladesh and travel internationally as required.
• Drive operational excellence across quality, delivery and critical path performance.
• Improve processes, systems and reporting to support growth and efficiency.
• Optimise sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and factory networks.
• Lead and develop international teams, driving accountability and performance.
• Deliver continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Manage costing, margins, budgets and P&L performance.
• Ensure production is delivered on time, in full and to quality standards.
• Support business growth through operational leadership and strategic sourcing.
• Build strong customer and supplier relationships.
• Lead organisational change and create a scalable operating model.
