Job summary

Club L London is seeking an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager – Sourcing to own supplier relationships and optimize the global supplier base. You will work with Design, Product, Production and Technical teams to ensure optimal supplier onboarding, performance, and commercial terms.

The role involves evaluating supplier capabilities, maintaining ongoing reviews, and negotiating terms to support the Head of Sourcing. Travel to visit suppliers is expected as part of international scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion sourcing and supplier management.
• Strong ability to build long-term supplier partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier performance management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Support supplier onboarding and due diligence processes.
• Monitor supplier performance across quality, delivery and service.
• Coordinate supplier capacity and allocation decisions with internal teams.
• Provide supplier insights to support sourcing strategies.
