Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong fashion/apparel production experience.
• Experience with overseas factories (China/Turkey) preferred.
• Experience sourcing and onboarding suppliers, negotiating pricing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production process with partners.
• Negotiate costs and terms; manage production calendars and critical paths.
• Ensure quality and on-time delivery; build long-term supplier relationships.
• Develop scalable supply base to support growth.
