Job summary

Club L London is seeking an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager – Sourcing to own supplier relationships and drive performance across our global supplier base. You will work with Design, Product, Production and Technical teams to inform sourcing strategies and negotiate terms with suppliers.

You will build strong partnerships, monitor capabilities and capacity, and provide supplier insights to optimise allocations and risk management across international markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fashion sourcing, supplier management or a similar role.
• Strong experience managing supplier relationships across international markets.
• Good understanding of garment manufacturing and supplier capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
• Confident negotiating with suppliers and managing commercial discussions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional and long-term relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Act as a key point of contact between the business and supplier base.
• Develop a deep understanding of each supplier's capabilities, capacity, strengths and areas for development.
• Establish regular communication and supplier review processes.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to suppliers and drive improvements.
• Support supplier onboarding, onboarding information and due diligence.
• Coordinate supplier documentation and onboarding information.
• Support the Head of Sourcing with supplier strategy and allocation decisions.
• Monitor supplier performance across quality, delivery, communication and service.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier value, efficiency and service.
