The ideal candidate is a UK-qualified solicitor with senior leadership experience, adept at managing cross-border contracts, data protection, and IP strategy within a software/telecom environment.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified solicitor with senior/lead experience.
• Extensive international contract exposure, including software/tech.
• Experience with data protection and privacy compliance.
• Ability to lead complex commercial negotiations globally.

Responsibilities

• Full legal responsibility for the newly acquired organisation.
• Advising, negotiating and leading on a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Lead experience with international contracts and contracts under foreign laws.
• Negotiate high-value agreements with customers and partners.
• Advise on software licensing including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS and data protection issues.
• Lead privacy/compliance initiatives and IP portfolio management.
