Valtech is seeking a Practice Director, Shopify Commerce to lead the technical vision, delivery excellence, and business development for our enterprise Shopify Plus practice. You will manage a global team of architects, engineers, and solution consultants, shaping how we design, build, and scale mission-critical commerce platforms for our largest clients.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise technology leadership experience in consulting, SI, or agency environments.
Deep, hands-on Shopify Plus expertise and platform knowledge.
Proven track record in leading sales-driven engagements and proposals.
Experience building, leading, and growing distributed technical teams with a culture of technical excellence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across executive, technical, and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

Define and own the architectural patterns for enterprise Shopify Plus deployments across clients.
Lead end-to-end delivery across global teams, ensuring quality and client satisfaction at scale.
Drive governance, risk mitigation, and KPIs aligned to complex commerce programs.
Own sales-driven technical narratives in pursuits and proposals.
Mentor and grow Shopify architects, engineers and solution leads across regions.
