Job summary

Swanky is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large Shopify Plus builds from initiation to completion. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain proactive client communication to ensure high‑quality, commercially successful projects.

Based in Exeter with flexible remote options, the role focuses on migrations to Shopify Plus and complex ecommerce deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Project Management experience in the ecommerce sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of Shopify and its ecosystem.
• Methodical and highly organised, able to adapt to challenges.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication across stakeholders.
• Proven experience collaborating with department heads and teams.
• Strong track record of managing scope, timelines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion using Agile methodologies for large Shopify builds.
• Oversee project teams and ensure effective collaboration between developers, designers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular client meetings, sprint playbacks and progress reviews.
• Develop timelines, set budgets and ensure deliverables meet client goals.
• Build and manage strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate risks with proactive collaboration between internal teams and clients.
• Conduct post‑project reviews and capture lessons learned for future projects.
• Support R&D initiatives with workshops and documentation guiding direction.
