Qualifications

• 3-5 years technical management experience in eCommerce with hands-on Shopify Plus expertise.
• Proven experience with PIM, OMS, and WMS systems.
• 10 years IT Business Analysis or technical solution design experience.

Responsibilities

• Setup configuration and ongoing management of Shopify Plus instances.
• Oversee and optimise the end-to-end D2C architecture.
• Manage user permissions, access controls, and customer data privacy requests.
