Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute supplier invoice coding and approval process accurately and on time.
• Plan and execute worldwide courier shipments using integrated software.
• Provide timely export documentation and bespoke invoicing for OE/AM projects.
• Coordinate with export freight agents to obtain airway bills and declarations.
• File and archive all shipping paperwork correctly.
• Support replacements/warranty processes with the Customer Satisfaction Team.
• Prepare clearance instructions for international imports and draft clearance advisories.
