NatWest Group is seeking a Share Plans Manager for a six-month assignment. You will guide the introduction and operation of the bank's global share plans, coordinating with Reward & Employment, Tax, Treasury, and external advisors to ensure compliant delivery of grants and vesting events.

You will lead global due diligence, advise on discretionary and all-employee rules, and drive communications and education for colleagues on share plans.

• Extensive knowledge of design, compliance and delivery of global share plans.
• Experience advising on discretionary and all-employee share plans.
• Strong regulatory and financial services knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Advise on implementation and operation of the bank's share plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage grant and vest events, sourcing, settlement and annual Sharesave processes.
• Lead global due diligence on share plans with external advisors.
• Provide practical guidance on discretionary and all-employee share plan rules.
• Publish disclosures and manage filing requirements.
• Maintain relationships with share plan administrator and other advisors.
• Enhance colleague education and communications around share plans.
• Support Corporate Governance on policy reviews and share dealing queries.
