Job summary
Veolia is seeking a commercially minded Global Services Director to lead its Labwater service organisation from its Lane End base, with international travel. The role drives service strategy, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue growth across global regions.
Lead UK and international teams, shape innovative service offerings, manage budgets, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Operations to deliver value in laboratory and life sciences sectors.
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent qualification.
- ITIL certification or equivalent service-management training.
- Experience leading an international service organisation and delivering operational excellence.
- Background in laboratory instrumentation or life sciences environments.
- Proven track record growing service revenues and managing budgets.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability.
- Fluent English; willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global service strategy across regions.
- Direct leadership of UK and international service teams.
- Grow recurring revenues via service contracts and spares.
- Monitor KPIs (CSAT, NPS, SLAs) and improve performance.
- Oversee global training programs and Centre of Excellence.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations.
