Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Global Services Director to lead our worldwide service organisation within Labwater Solutions. This senior role requires developing innovative service strategies, growing recurring revenues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across laboratories and life sciences sectors.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and cross-functional teams to shape the global service operation, manage budgets, and drive performance in an international

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification.
• Certification in ITIL or similar service management methodology.
• Experience leading an international service organisation with proven operational excellence.
• Experience in laboratory, life sciences, or technical environments.
• Experience managing international teams, budgets, and service improvement programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop profitable service offerings.
• Fluent English; driving licence; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the global service strategy across regions.
• Provide leadership to UK and international service teams.
• Lead technical support, field service engineers and customer success teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction via KPIs (CSAT, NPS, SLAs).
• Grow global installed base and recurring revenue through service contracts.
• Develop new service offerings and digital service solutions.
• Oversee training programmes through the Labwater Centre of Excellence.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Operations.
