Veolia Environmental Services (Uk) Plc is seeking a Global Services Director to lead our worldwide service organisation within Labwater Solutions. This senior role operates internationally, shaping service strategies, growing recurring revenues and delivering exceptional customer experience.

You will translate strategic direction into high‑performing global service teams, manage budgets, drive KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Engineering to ensure service excellence

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification.
• Certification in ITIL or similar service management methodology.
• Experience leading an international service organisation.
• Experience in laboratory, life sciences or technical environments.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel internationally.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global service strategy across regions.
• Lead international service teams including field engineers and customer success.
• Drive customer satisfaction via CSAT, NPS and SLAs.
• Grow recurring revenue through service contracts, consumables and parts.
• Oversee training programmes through Labwater Centre of Excellence.
