Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Product Manager for the PURELAB (R&D/QC) Market to define the vision and roadmap for the scientific water purification portfolio. The role is office-based in Lane End, High Wycombe and is hybrid, permanent, full-time with 37 hours per week.

The successful candidate will work across Sales, Marketing and R&D to manage the full lifecycle, drive go-to-market plans, and optimise performance post-launch, with occasional travel to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• Degree in science or engineering or equivalent.
• Good understanding of the scientific market and its challenges.
• Ability to present commercial and technical information clearly.
• Logical decision-making capability.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Desirable: experience as a Technical or Commercial Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for the PURELAB product range.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and R&D on the product road map.
• Manage full product lifecycle from requirements to market introduction.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies with sales.
• Communicate updates and metrics to stakeholders.
• Engage in post-launch evaluation and optimisation.
• Travel for customer visits, exhibitions and training events.
