Job summary

Fore Street Employment Agency is seeking a diligent Service Coordinator to log and manage service requests, coordinate engineers and third-party providers, and ensure smooth delivery of small works projects up to £25k. The role emphasizes strong client comunication, accurate record-keeping in Salesforce, and timely invoicing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in service coordination or administration, familiarity with security systems, and the ability to liaise with international clients

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar service coordination or administrative role.
• Advantageous: Background in the electronic security industry and understanding of security systems.
• Preferred: Experience working with international clients and managing communications across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log service requests via phone/email, cross-reference with quotes, dispatch engineers or third-party providers, and request technical support where necessary.
• Assist with quoting, management, processing, and delivery of Small Works Projects (up to £25k).
• Organise engineer attendance in line with client expectations and SLAs, including UK Engineers and Local Service Partners globally.
• Keep clients informed throughout the service/small works lifecycle and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Manage service requests from initiation to closeout and invoicing, including follow-up quotes.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and follow up on purchase orders and client approvals.
• Attend service review meetings and client service reviews to provide updates on open jobs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues; provide cover for International Service manager when required.
• Request RAMS and permits from the H&S team as needed.
