Job summary

Zenith International is hiring an SEO Operations Director to shape delivery and governance of a multi-market SEO programme for a major client. You will bring together client leaders, specialist teams and local agencies to turn strategy into consistent results.

This influential role combines strong SEO knowledge with client leadership and operational judgement, enabling collaboration across 70 markets while supporting teams to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SEO programmes for enterprise-level clients.
• Strong knowledge of multi-market SEO and coordinating central, regional and local teams.
• Clear, adaptable communication for diverse audiences.
• Sound planning and project leadership with multi-workstream management.
• Ability to use data to identify opportunities and support ROI projections.
• Attention to quality in reports, data and outputs.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as GA, Adobe Analytics, Semrush, Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships with senior stakeholders and specialist teams.
• Plan and oversee SEO workstreams across content, technical SEO, outreach, earned media and local-market activity.
• Own the Intent Based Planning Dashboard and coordinate demos and feedback.
• Guide deployment of multi-market SEO strategy across central and local teams.
• Lead governance meetings, business reviews and programme updates.
• Maintain high standards across strategic work, reporting and documentation.
