Job summary

Zenith International, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring an SEO Operations Director to shape delivery and governance of a multi-market SEO programme for a major client. You’ll unite client leaders, specialist teams and local agencies to turn strategy into consistent results across 70+ markets.

You will combine strong SEO knowledge with client leadership and operational judgement, improving cross-team collaboration, governance, and performance tracking while supporting the Data and Local SEO

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SEO programmes for enterprise-level clients.
• Strong knowledge of multi-market SEO and cross-team coordination.
• Clear and adaptable communication across diverse audiences.
• Effective planning and project leadership across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to use data to identify opportunities and KPIs.
• Attention to quality in reports and outputs.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as GA/Adobe Semrush/Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships with senior stakeholders and specialist teams.
• Plan and oversee SEO workstreams across content, technical SEO, outreach and deployment.
• Own the Intent Based Planning Dashboard and coordinate demonstrations.
• Guide deployment of a multi-market SEO strategy across central and local teams.
• Lead governance meetings, business reviews and programme updates.
• Maintain high standards across strategic work, reporting and documentation.
• Support Data and Local SEO team workload and billing operations.
