Job summary

Veolia seeks a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support across ELGA systems and partner networks. The role involves travel to UK and overseas sites to diagnose complex issues and support large-scale installations, with a focus on delivering expert pre- and post-sale support.

You will contribute to beta testing, documentation, and training for partner teams globally, while handling warranty claims and technical reporting.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English & Maths.
• Vocational or professional qualification in a science or technical field.
• Desirable: BTEC Level 4 in engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across ELGA systems and partner networks.
• Travel to UK and overseas customer sites to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Support large-scale installations with validation and performance troubleshooting.
• Contribute to beta testing and gather real-world performance insights.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal/external use.
• Participate in product risk assessments and provide practical insights.
• Deliver and support technical training for partner teams globally.
• Manage and assess warranty claims, including testing returned components.
