Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale Data Links projects. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and commercial functions, and ensure timely hardware/software installation and system integration.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of technical and PM experience, familiarity with RF/ISR tech, and experience working with global teams, including UK and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of technical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience on large, complex projects.
• Familiarity with RF technologies, ISR systems, or tactical communications.
• Experience working internationally or with global teams, especially UK/SE Asia.
• Bachelor’s degree and PM certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of one major project and other smaller projects from planning to handover.
• Maintain schedules, estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports; lead reviews.
• Lead risk management across geographies and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee on-site activities: site prep, shipments, installation, testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and commercial functions.
• Serve as primary point of contact with stakeholders during execution.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory standards, and policies.
• Support sales/marketing in proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
• Support project close-out activities.
