Job summary

Enterprise Control Systems, part of SPX Technologies, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major international defence and communications projects, delivering complex hardware and software solutions, installation, commissioning, and end-to-end programme delivery.

You will coordinate global engineering, operations, and commercial teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and travel internationally (Philippines ~4 times per year). Hybrid work: 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong technical project management experience.
• Experience delivering hardware and software solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across cultures and international time zones.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and global teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar qualification preferred.
• Defence, RF, ISR, or C4ISR knowledge advantageous.
• Hybrid working – 3 days in the office.
• International travel including the Philippines around 4 times per year.
• Regular early morning meetings due to global time zones.
