Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Leader, Project Management to drive strategic cross-functional initiatives within the Commercial Excellence portfolio. This on-site role reports to the Director of PMO & Sales Effectiveness and works across Cytiva OpCos globally to improve selling time and ease of doing business.

You will lead project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and partner with OpCo leaders.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience with exposure to Life Sciences or regulated industries.
• Strong problem-solving, data-driven and analytical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects across all phases within the Commercial Excellence portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through project plans delivered on time, on budget and with minimal risk.
• Act as the primary point of contact for OpCo leaders on in-flight initiatives and identify new PMO demands.

Education

Undergraduate degree in Sciences/Engineering/Business Administration or related field
