Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to manage global custom processes for Device, Membrane, Paper products, and related services from Cardiff on-site. You will lead end-to-end Simple Custom projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met while maintaining governance.

The role reports to the Project Manager within the Product Operations Team in Cardiff and requires a Bachelor's degree with proven coordination experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes, including Teams; Smartsheet desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Simple Custom projects end-to-end, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, scope is aligned with business objectives, resources are effectively coordinated, and projects are delivered successfully from initiation through closure, including appropriate revenue recognition activities.
• Assume overall accountability for the successful execution of Simple Custom projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality, compliance, customer, and business requirements while maintaining robust project governance and documentation standards.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams, driving alignment, decision-making, and execution throughout the custom development lifecycle to achieve project objectives and agreed milestones.
• Proactively manage project performance, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential barriers to success. Escalate appropriately, influence stakeholders, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and business commitments.
• Serve as the central coordination point for internal stakeholders and global project teams, building strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
