Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sr Product Manager for the Perfusion System Platform to own strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial success. The role requires leading cross-functional teams from concept to commercialization and coordinating with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial partners at an on-site site in Marlborough, USA or Portsmouth, UK.

You will drive portfolio growth, gather customer insights, and develop business cases to prioritize

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or related field.
Experience in product management, product commercialization, or related field.
Product Management/Marketing knowledge including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product life-cycle management, and quality investigations.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of the perfusion system platform.
Lead product roadmap development, customer insights, and business case creation to prioritize investments and deliver innovative solutions.
