Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Sr Product Manager for the Perfusion System Platform to own strategy, lifecycle, and commercial performance. You will lead roadmap development, gather customer insights, and coordinate with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Commercial teams to deliver innovative solutions.

The role involves cross-functional leadership, market analysis, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory governance. Expect ~25% travel domestically or internationally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or related field.
Experience in product management, product commercialization, or related field.
Knowledge of market trends/analysis, NPI process, product lifecycle, and quality investigations.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of the perfusion system platform.
Lead product roadmap development, customer insights, and business case creation.
Drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams from concept to commercialization.
Develop portfolio and offering strategies to optimize positioning, adoption, and utilization.
Ensure product availability, operational excellence, and compliance with governance requirements.
