The Role

Do you have a passion for transforming digital experiences and an eye for what makes a brand truly stand out online? Join us as our Global Senior Digital Experience Manager and spearhead the digital strategy that powers Lucanet’s brand, drives engagement, and generates business impact.

As our Global Senior Digital Experience Manager, you’ll take ownership of our corporate website and digital platforms, setting ambitious strategies and executing hands-on optimizations to deliver an exceptional user journey. Your leadership will drive the evolution of our online presence into a high-performing engine for lead generation and brand engagement.

What you'll do

  • Lead the Digital Strategy: Shape and execute a user-centric roadmap that transforms our website into a best-in-class, conversion-driven experience.
  • Mentor & Inspire: Build and lead a growing team of digital specialists, nurturing a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with leading digital agencies, ensuring all deliverables align with our brand standards and business goals.
  • Platform Innovation: Own our web platforms (including Lucanet.com), harnessing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AI integrations, and SaaS tools to enhance features, personalization, and performance.
  • SEO Leadership: Drive organic growth by leading strategic SEO initiatives, boosting traffic, rankings, and content visibility.
  • Analytics & Insights: Leverage Google Analytics, Search Console, and A/B testing tools to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize UX and conversion.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of testing and experimentation, using data to refine user journeys and enhance results.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Turn analytics into actionable insights, providing clear and impactful reports on digital performance and marketing ROI.


What you bring to the table

  • Extensive Experience: 8+ years in digital strategy, CMS management (AEM preferred), UX/UI, SEO, and conversion optimization, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Leadership Skills: 2+ years successfully managing digital teams and external partners to deliver significant business outcomes.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise with AEM, HubSpot, Adobe Target, and seamless integration of SaaS and AI tools.
  • Analytical Acumen: Advanced use of Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other web analytics platforms to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Project Management: Skilled with Jira, Confluence, and collaborative tools for orchestrating complex digital projects.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into actionable digital roadmaps with measurable impact.
