Product Manager (SAP QM) - Tenthpin Solutions (Any location in the UK)

*This role can be based in any location of the above-mentioned employment location. You must be an official resident in the employment country to be considered for this role.

Tenthpin Solutions is looking for a pro-active and highly skilled Product Manager to join our rapidly growing organisation. The successful applicant will have a passion for innovative solutions that add substantial value to our clients and will contribute to our reputation as one of the recent success stories within the Consulting and Technology industry.

The Opportunity:

As a Product Manager, you will be part of the Tenthpin Solutions team and collaborate closely with the Product Owner to monitor, communicate and support our product strategy in order to achieve the business objectives, promptly and professionally.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses.
• Provide communication about product updates and advancements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the creation of forecasts for the product based on input from marketing, sales, market analysts and own experience.
• Translate product strategy into assets and drive action throughout the organization to get products to market.
• Align the stakeholders around the vision for the product, ensuring that it is well understood.
• Support the Product Roadmap, e.g., support to prioritize the product features and capabilities in close alignment with the Product Owner.
• Support in setting pricing strategies and creating a go-to-market plan.
• Determine the launch strategy together with Process Owner and Product Owner and confirm releases incl. corresponding rollout of product features.
• Support the Sales Manager in the execution of pre-sales meetings with our leads and customers incl. demos of the product.
• Support the partner driven sales enablement activities together with the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the product will be transitioned to the market and achieves the business objectives of the organization.

Your experience:

• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• We seek a person who is reliable, identifying tasks and opportunities him/herself and not waiting for receiving tasks.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies preferred.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
• Strong SAP QM background a must.
• Process industry mandatory (food, chemicals, life sciences preferred).
• Consultants who want to grow into this new position are welcome.
