Overview

The Protective Services (PS) organization is seeking a talented, dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated individual to work on their team in London, UK. The Secured Space Coordinator provides security and access control to customers and will act to support threat management and emergency response, as well as be the first point of contact for guests. This role maintains a daily presence at a designated secured space and handles logistical responsibilities, including close collaboration with Executive Assistants (EA), facility teams, internal and external security partners, other PS teams, and outside vendors. This position may occasionally require to be on-call after hours.

Responsibilities
  • Provide security and access control for customers and secured spaces.
  • Support threat management and emergency response efforts.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors.
  • Maintain a daily presence at the designated secured space.
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants (EA), facility teams, internal and external security partners, other PS teams, and outside vendors.
  • Develop building-specific security incident procedures for the work area and standardize across all suites.
  • Act with high motivation, organization, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to prioritize and react with appropriate urgency to multiple situations, requests, and events requiring quick response.
  • High ethical standards with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, with excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to analyze, decisively act, and remain calm in emergency situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface well with senior company leadership.
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships with teams, vendors, and external security partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience, preferably in security, law enforcement, or military field.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Security Operations Center experience preferred.
  • Executive Protection experience preferred.
  • Investigative experience preferred.
  • Lenel Operating experience preferred.
