Job summary

JD.com seeks a Product Manager for Search and Recommendation to optimise user experiences and drive growth across Joybuy, JD.com’s European online brand. You will shape product strategy, lead cross-functional squads, and transform data into actionable insights in a fast-paced, international environment.

London onsite is required. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product management within e-commerce search/recommendation, a track record of MVP launches, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in e-commerce search/recommendation or shopping guide strategies.
• Proven track record launching and scaling products, including MVP delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, business, engineering or related field.
• Solid experience in retail, logistics, and/or e-commerce.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement product strategies for search and recommendation, balancing user experience with business growth.
• Design and optimise traffic distribution in search and recommendation scenarios for new product cold start, seller growth, and best-seller acceleration.
• Ensure high-quality search and recommendation experiences tailored to European markets.
• Manage product roadmaps and milestones, incorporating user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions aligned with JD.com’s global e-commerce expansion.
• Work onsite in London.
