Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Global Technical Coordinator to manage SDS and GHS labeling for our global portfolio. The role sits within R&D and requires coordinating inputs across product developers, Supply Chain, Quality and regulatory specialists to ensure compliant documentation is delivered on time.

You will lead end-to-end processes, manage external providers, and drive improvements in workflows and governance across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience with SDSs, GHS labels, or regulatory documentation.
• Experience coordinating external providers or across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality.
• Experience managing technical documents and controlled information.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the end-to-end SDS/GHS process from request to approval, distribution and storage.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery with external SDS/regulatory service providers, monitor quality, cost and timing.
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance; coordinate specialist input for hazard classification decisions.
• Maintain controlled document libraries, trackers and status reporting; coordinate UFI, Poison Centre notifications and country registrations.
