SharkNinja is seeking a strategic, globally minded media leader to oversee media excellence, cross-regional strategy, and agile activation across ScaleMarkets. You will build and lead the media strategy, frameworks, and operating models that empower markets to plan and activate quickly and effectively.

You will guide full-funnel media execution across emerging regions, ensuring alignment with DTC, Retail Media, and Amazon teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, and investment across global or multi-market environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and lead agency relationships.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of integrated, full-funnel media strategies for ScaleMarkets.
• Oversee planning, activation, and optimization across digital, social, OLV/CTV, OOH, and emerging channels.
• Guide markets on budget allocation frameworks to maximize ROI and support quarterly forecasts.
• Mentor regional marketers and establish a global-to-local media leadership framework.
