Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, and investment across global or multi-market environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with MMM, dashboards, DSPs, and audience insights.
• Demonstrated success managing complex budgets and agency relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of integrated, full-funnel media strategies for ScaleMarkets across multiple regions.
• Oversee planning, activation, and optimization across digital, social, OLV/CTV, OOH, and emerging channels.
• Mentor regional marketers and build global-to-local media leadership framework.
