SharkNinja in London is seeking a Manager, Media to join our expanding regional marketing team. You will develop, execute and optimize our media strategy across multiple channels with a focus on driving brand awareness and sales.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage relationships with media vendors and agencies, and ensure the successful execution of media campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a media agency, media owner, or client-side media team.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Industry knowledge in the small domestic appliance sector is a plus.
• Experience in developing and executing advertising campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and paid social activation.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms.

• Develop and implement multi-channel media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals for Scale Markets; NEUR and SEUR.
• Collaborate with Media Leaders to plan, activate, and report on media plans across the region.
• Define campaign media targets, budgets, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Oversee social and influencer strategies and paid social campaign planning.
• Bridge upper and lower funnel media activation and translate insights to the performance team.
• Oversee reporting of media campaign performance to internal stakeholders.
