Job summary

PwC is seeking a SAP Delivery Director to lead end-to-end SAP programs, ensuring on-time delivery, budget discipline and quality. The role oversees multiple project teams, manages client relationships, and drives value realization through strategic SAP solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with S/4HANA, ECC, and BTP, and will guide teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery models. A strong track record in advisory consulting is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP programs within delivery or program management leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing large, complex, multi‑country SAP implementations or transformations.
• Strong understanding of SAP products and architecture (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW/BI, BTP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the delivery of complex SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and managed services.
• Resolve key design decisions focusing on technical architecture and integration for SAP S/4HANA clients.
• Develop project strategies to solve technical challenges and optimize transitions from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
• Architect and deliver innovative IT solutions, lead UI strategies, and maintain a clean core architecture.
• Manage a portfolio of SAP project/program managers and leads.
• Mentor teams and manage engagement risks across large delivery programs.
• Contribute to SAP roadmap, platform strategy, and value realization with business leadership.
