Job summary

PwC UK invites applications for a Managing Director to provide senior delivery leadership for SAP S/4HANA-enabled business transformations, mobilising multi-year programmes valued at £40m+ across sectors from mobilisation through implementation and adoption.

You will lead large, global teams, shape delivery strategies, manage risk and commercial performance, and collaborate with C-suite sponsors to deliver high-impact client outcomes using modern SAP, cloud, data, integration, AI and automation

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience directing large, multi-year programmes with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong governance, risk management and commercial leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior Delivery Leader for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations across mobilization, design, build, deployment and adoption.
• Provide day-to-day direction and governance with executive-level leadership across complex, multi-year programmes.
• Lead large, multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed teams in SAP, data, cloud, architecture, cybersecurity, change and operating model capabilities.
• Own programme delivery, including scope, resourcing, economics, contractual commitments, dependencies, quality and margin.
• Identify and resolve delivery, commercial and client risks with senior stakeholder confidence.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite sponsors, SAP executives and alliance partners.
• Support SAP pursuits with credible delivery experience and executable delivery approaches.
• Embed cloud, data, integration, AI and automation into transformation delivery.
