DXC Technology is seeking an SAP Service Delivery Manager to lead a strategic global SAP engagement with a hybrid onsite requirement in Yorkshire. You will own end-to-end service delivery, governance, and offshore delivery while driving commercial growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires senior stakeholder management, transformation program experience, and strong collaboration with Sales, Presales and Account teams to align SAP strategy with business objectives.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading SAP Managed Services and Service Delivery engagements.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end SAP service delivery for a strategic global customer.
Lead governance reviews and manage SLA/KPI performance.
Coordinate AMS transition and offshore delivery across geographies.
Drive account growth, renewals and service improvements.
Manage critical incidents and escalation processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Presales and Account teams to identify opportunities.
