Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to lead one of our strategic SAP engagements. The role is hybrid, with one day onsite per week in Yorkshire, and involves end-to-end SAP service delivery, governance, and client leadership across multiple geographies.

You will manage SLA/KPI performance, drive continual service improvement, and partner with Sales, Presales and Account teams to identify growth opportunities while ensuring alignment with the customer’s SAP

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading SAP Managed Services and Service Delivery engagements.
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams across geographies and time zones.
• Proven track record estimating, planning and transitioning SAP AMS takeover services.
• Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholder relationships and escalations.
• Experience operating in sensitive customer environments.
• Experience driving FDR management and account growth.
• Collaborating with Sales, Presales and Account teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP service delivery for a strategic global customer.
• Maintain accountability for service performance, stability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead governance reviews monthly, quarterly and with executives.
• Manage SLA/KPI performance and identify risks and improvements.
• Lead incident and escalation management and drive service improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary SAP service delivery lead for a strategic account.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage governance and risks.
• Oversee AMS transition, offshore delivery, and multi-country coordination.
