Haleon is seeking a senior Digital & Technology Solution Owner Innovate to Market to lead the global, end-to-end design, governance and delivery of technology solutions for Haleon's Innovate to Market processes.

The role focuses on enterprise-scale SAP platforms, ensuring standardized and scalable capabilities, guiding cross-market implementations, and balancing business needs with long-term strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven SAP ERP delivery experience within PLM/IPD/EPPM.
• Strong track record delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and global ERP process design.

Responsibilities

• Own the global functional solution, standards and governance for the Innovate to Market process.
• Define global solution blueprints, IT controls and technology policies.
• Ensure ERP standardisation across markets and regions.
• Drive design and continuous improvement across Design, Build, Test, Deployment and Sustain.
• Serve as guardian of the global template during deployment waves and ensure SAP alignment.
• Collaborate with process owners and data teams to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.
