Job summary

Lord Search & Selection is seeking a senior IT and finance leader to oversee the strategy, performance and transformation of a global finance systems function. The role supports critical business operations across UK and international teams and will drive ERP transformation.

You will oversee multiple SAP platforms, champion automation and governance, and ensure robust controls, SOX and regulatory compliance while partnering with senior stakeholders to shape the finance technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global finance systems and ERP transformations.
• Proven ability to manage large stakeholder groups and drive governance and controls (SOX/compliance).
• Professional qualification such as ACA or CISSP; exposure to regulated sectors is advantageous.

Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes, managing complex stakeholder groups, and ensuring robust controls, SOX and regulatory compliance and audit standards is essential. You also hold a relevant qualification such as ACA or CISSP, and exposure to regulated sectors and large-scale, complex organisations would be advantageous.
