Job summary

Akula is a UK-headquartered, international outdoor furniture company designing marine-grade pieces for hotels, resorts and commercial spaces. We are seeking a highly organised Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with day-to-day administration, CRM data handling and sample management.

You will prepare documents, respond to customer enquiries, route enquiries to the right salesperson, and help maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or coordination roles.
• Experience using a CRM or similar system; training available.
• Organised, reliable, confident with technology and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Assist with customer enquiries and requests.
• Prepare and coordinate sales documents, information and presentations.
• Help ensure enquiries are directed to the appropriate salesperson.
• Support the team with general sales administration as required.
