Job summary

MacGregor Black is partnering with a global toy and consumer products business to recruit a Sales Order Processing Coordinator in Coventry. The role oversees the full order lifecycle, from receipt to delivery, serving as the liaison between Sales, Customers, Finance, Warehousing and Logistics.

The successful candidate will own order accuracy, fulfilment coordination and issue resolution for a high-volume, direct-to-retail portfolio, working with a US-based CS team across a six-hour time gap.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order processing within manufacturing or supply-chain environments.
• Experience using EDI systems and B2B order processing used by major retailers.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables to support inventory and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer purchase orders in ERP/CRM with pricing, quantities, and delivery terms.
• Validate orders against contracts, pricing, stock, and amendments.
• Act as main contact for order inquiries and provide status updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and finance for accurate invoicing and order release.
• Manage up to 500 direct-to-retail accounts and monitor order fulfilment timelines.
