Job summary

White Recruitment Construction is seeking a commercially driven General Manager to lead business development for high-performance valve solutions. You will drive global growth across oil & gas, hydrogen and carbon capture sectors, expanding distributor and end-user networks and winning major projects.

You’ll shape international growth strategies, negotiate key agreements and collaborate with engineering teams to increase revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong business development experience within the valve, flow control or wider engineering sector.
• Technical understanding of industrial valves and associated products.
• Knowledge of the hydrogen and carbon capture markets is highly desirable.
• Experience managing international distributors and developing global accounts.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills.
