Job summary

UCB S.A. in the United Kingdom (Slough) or Brussels, Belgium, seeks an Access & Pricing Strategy Team Lead – Immunology to shape payer access and pricing across assets. You’ll lead strategy development, partner with Asset Payer Heads, and build a high-performing team.

You will collaborate with HEOR, policy, pricing, and commercial teams, using analytics and AI-enabled insights to guide governance, launch readiness, and value messaging for patients and payers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or related discipline.
• Significant experience in payer strategy, market access, pricing or HEOR.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Access & Pricing Strategy Leads with coaching and strategic guidance.
• Act as a strategic partner to Asset Payer Heads and develop global payer access and pricing strategy.
• Lead payer strategy planning, evidence generation priorities, pricing strategy development, and governance deliverables.
• Define and implement global access and pricing strategies for assigned indications across the asset lifecycle.
• Shape strategic options, risk assessments, and decisions in governance and investments.
• Align Patient Evidence and Patient Impact teams to inform payer insights in leadership forums.
• Collaborate across HEOR, RWE, policy, pricing, commercial, and regional access functions.
• Champion advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights to strengthen payer planning.
• Drive governance, best practices, and scalable processes for improved decision quality.
