Job summary

Coyne & Associates Limited is recruiting a Finance Process Lead to own the global Record to Report (RTR) operations. You will define the vision for RTR globally, partnering with finance leaders, local markets, shared services and an outsourced provider to drive performance and a better experience of finance services.

You will lead transformation and continuous improvement of RTR processes, design initiatives across processes, policies, technology and data, and mentor finance teams across borders.

Qualifications

• Experience in RTR processes, supporting technologies and data quality applications.
• Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into finance improvements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior finance and business leaders.
• Experience leading, developing or mentoring teams.
• Proven project management skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Leading the transformation and ongoing improvement of global RTR processes.
• Designing and implementing initiatives across processes, policies, technology and data.
• Identifying opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation.
• Developing global finance policies and procedures with the wider finance team.
• Reviewing service performance and influencing service level agreements.
• Partnering with the outsourced RTR lead to challenge existing practices and improve delivery.
• Collaborating with other functional leads to strengthen end-to-end process consistency.
• Identifying activities suitable for transition into the Shared Service Centre and managing their transfer.
• Providing leadership, mentoring and guidance to finance teams.
